Remember, the Original was long, today still longer, our grievances are numerous; the length demonstrates the weight of grievances, each justifies our ReDeclaration of Independence.

Please read the following document, after viewing it, decide to stand up in mass, uniting all citizens for the preservation of our inalienable rights or choose to remain silent, the choice is yours. Liberty will be victorious.

Do you wonder why we love America, there are ten thousand reasons why; although only one reason to gladly leave her, that would be to fight and die for her. 

The words you are about to read, are penned from the original document so conceived in liberty that it may stand forever for liberty for all men; having taken these words, making necessary revisions and revising the grievances for our time, retaining the spirit of Jefferson in humble honor.

 

Re -The Declaration of Independence

The Declaration of Independence holds and binds us in principle and desires, as it did in 1776.  The course of history has brought us to a point where our current Government has produced such causes against us; we are left with no other solution; these are by no means light or transient causes, we shall not suffer under absolute Despotism but hereby Re-Declare our Independence.

IN RESOLVE WITH THE CITIZENS of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America, now being fifty.

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve and Reorganize the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the Restoration and Reorganization.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing or reorganizing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.--Such has been the patient sufferance of these Citizens; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their current Systems of Government. The history of the present Government in Washington is a history of repeated injuries, abuses of power and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States and its Citizens. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

   He has declared himself to be more noble than his citizens, offering up apologies for this countries past defenses against tyranny abroad, bowing down to leaders of oppressed nations.

   He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, regarding unlawful and unconstitutional immigration, going so far as to issue a federal lawsuit to cease and desist such procedures.

   He has refused to pass laws or uphold current laws against such unlawful and unconstitutional immigration.

   He has endeavoured to prevent the illegal population of States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws of Immigration; refusing to allow enforcement of such laws and deportation of all illegally migrated persons;

   He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and excuses all redress of such harassment, as necessary actions for the security of people, such officers owe their allegiance only the President, citizens therefore have experienced personal violations of their bodies and search or seizure of property;

   He has interfered with the election of the Senate seat he vacated, causing controversy and claimed no part in such affairs allowing all others in Illinois to take blame;

   He has refused, after much time and effort by citizens, to allow his birth, personal, medical and school records be viewed and scrutinized for authentication; thereby the citizens do not know our current President to be holding such office Constitutionally;

   He has appointed Supreme Court Justices, with such mind, as to regard our Constitution outdated, with the intent to change the document for the purpose of establishing despotism;

   He has made Judges dependent on his socialist rule, for the tenure of their offices, and the reason of changing the Constitution;

   He has found the Congress as willing accomplices in quest to secure despotism, allowing them to rule over, threaten, and pass legislation taking rights and liberties from the citizens;

   He has encouraged and campaigned for a federal health care bill, unconstitutional in nature and fiscally irresponsible in the federal budget, creating a debt the citizens cannot pay;

   He has prevented open trade of healthcare insurance across the country, into every state equally, thus suppressing competition of benefits and costs, which would allow better care and an economically stable healthcare;

   He has affected to render the Military insecure, instituting a law allowing non-heterosexual soldiers to openly display their preferences, creating vulnerable civil or military actions against any soldier complaining of such displays;

   He has mandated citizens to be tolerant of intolerant acts and displays, subjecting citizens to witness bad behavior and allow such or be prosecuted for discrimination, creating large groups of people living with un- accountable behavior;

   For having Congress create programs mandating citizens to pay taxes from their labor to give such monies to those who choose not to labor, calling these entitlements;

   He has along with Congress, enslaved low and no income citizens, promising them further entitlements and money for votes, giving them no reason to pursue labor; working citizens taxed to pay for such promises, making taxed citizens indirectly, against their will, pay for such votes;

    For protecting terrorists, by transferring from military prison and military court to civil court, from punishment for any Murders or attempted which they commit on the Inhabitants of these States: Civil Court trials allow terrorists to escape punishment, giving them the opportunity to leave the country and repeat terrorist attacks, such allowance endangers the citizens of life and limb;

   For creating such high taxes as to inhibit fair Trade with all parts of the world: unreasonable mandates on businesses, including generous benefits and mandatory restrictions which can and do bankrupt businesses forcing some to relocate outside America, unemployment increases and the economy further decreases;

    For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent: increasing taxation on the wealthy inhibiting economic growth, increasing taxation on estates, taking inherited money already taxed as income by the deceased, creating double taxation;

   For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of rights and liberties;

   For abolishing the act of profiling for the purposes of identifying potential terrorists, deeming all citizens guilty before proven innocent as a security measure, so as not to profile, such action is a pandering gesture not conducive to national security;

   For drawing up legislation to give illegally entered persons the ability to gain generous benefits including healthcare and education, to obtain citizenship and bring in other related individuals;

   For blocking exploration and mining of resources, taking from citizens self-sufficient energy;

   For allowing for bribing by lobbyists, halting the development of extraordinary inventions that could improve citizens’ lives and economical welfare;

   Along with Congress, he has mandated Atheism as the government’s accepted choice for the people and finds all expressions of religion publicly demonstrated to be in direct violation of the government’s choice, thus violating our Constitutional rights of freedom of religious expression;

   He has mandated, along with Congress, any citizen be labeled a racist should he so describe  a man being of African descent, all such men may describe any other citizen by any term without retribution; causing certain citizens more rights, thus violating our founding principle of all men being created equal;

   He has introduced legislation to mandate national servitude of citizens and such shall be interviewed and chosen by his discretion to serve him, this allows him to choose his own private army separate from the country’s military;

   He is at this time rallying his supporters to compleat the works of desolation and tyranny, already begun, declaring loyal citizens of the Constitution to be terrorists, acting as despotic ruler, totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation;

   He has excited domestic protesting amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring his supporters against citizens should we demand redress;

 

   In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A President whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

 

  Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our Congressional brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their own legislature, the Congress to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their oath to dutifully uphold the Constitution, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Restoration and Reorganization, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

 

   Being so forewarned of our attempts at redressing our grievances, the Congress, in whole or part; do denounce their kindred allegiance to us [ citizens], aligning themselves to our despotic leader, having no desire of life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness, but of oppression, government control and absence of capitalism; we do hereby state these grievances against our Congress, and ask that such be removed, for replacement of true representatives of the people, so duly elected thereof;

     Congress has refused the Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public Good.
     Congress has forbidden Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing Importance, unless suspended in their Operation till the Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, Congress has utterly neglected to attend to them.
     Congress has endeavoured to prevent illegal men from deportation; for that Purpose obstructing the Laws of Immigration; refusing to uphold the law, to encourage their legal migrations hither, and raising the Conditions of such men to that of citizens.
     Congress has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing the states to uphold the  Laws of the land.
     Congress has made Judges dependent on their Will alone, for the Tenure of their Offices, and the Amount and Payment of their Salaries, and in cases of Constitutional law being of the mind the Constitution need be revised;
     Congress has erected a Multitude of New Offices, and sent hither Swarms of Officers to harrass our People, and eat out our rights.
     Congress has affected to render the Military Impotent by restricting their Abilities, berating their Actions and underfunding their Causes.
     Congress has given Military Secrets to Foreign Nations, putting the safety of the Citizens and the Country at risk.
     Congress has combined with others to subject us to a Jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution, and unacknowledged by our Laws; giving their Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
     For providing trials to foreign combatants as American citizens, whereas such combatants should be tried by military court;
     For limiting our Trade with all Parts of the World, but allowing importation in the excess:
     For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:

    For abolishing the free System of English language and providing for the promotion of foreign language in Society, Schools and Businesses for the purpose of increasing a voter base ignorant to their  Designs and willfully providing for their elections to power:
     For ignoring the system of Borders and protecting the Citizens from illegal intrusions, harm, undo expenditures and taxation while at the same time giving housing, food, medical care, education and rights to those illegally in our country, therein establishing an open border, ignoring all Constitutional immigration laws,  so as to render a wide voter base, giving them rights so set aside for citizens.
     For taking away our Land and Property, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
     For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with Power to legislate for us in all Cases whatsoever.
     For instituting non-equality through Affirmative Action, which hampers productivity and competition, only to appease selfish and Dictatorial groups with interest only in themselves.
     For abusing and wasting resources, moneys, and much effort on unnecessary programs, travel, luxuries, and all manner of self gratifying spending.
     Congress has plundered our Treasury’s, ravaged our Businesses, taken our Property, and destroyed the lives of many of our People.
     Congress is at this time conspiring with Socialists, and others to compleat the works of Marxism, Desolation and Tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & Perfidy, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized Nation.

We, therefore, the Citizens of the united States of America, in General Resolve, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these United States, solemnly publish and declare, That these United States are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the present Tyrannical Government, and that all political connection between these citizens and the current Government, is and ought to be totally dissolved, reorganized, to our end be restored upon its original foundation; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy Impeach, Remove and Replace Congress and the President and Vice President, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Re- Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

Such Citizens Expressing their Resolve and Representatives of Such Free States hereby put forth their hand and pen:

Hundreds, thousands signed this document a decade ago. A store in MA had this painted on a wall. This even was brought to DC by a congressman whereby I was visited and declared a domestic terrorist by the Obama administration. 
Now it is 2021 - and here we are still standing up, with a reprieve of 4 years where President Trump started a great remaking of America. But we are facing tribulations far worse today. We the People believe in our freedoms and we shall stand together and make not just America great again but the world.
